As Boutique can only be provided by a registered dentist, we must first verify your identity before you can place an order.  We do this as part of your first order online or you can call 0113 873 0007 and one of the team will set up your account.  Checks are usually completed on the same day.

• Which percentage gel you would like?
• Would you like single, double, triple top-up packs, or a 4 syringe full kit?
• How many of each?
• Would you like trays with your kits?

Yes! We sell either single, double, triple or 4-syringe full kits.

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery by DPD courier.

All our accounts are due to be paid 30 days from month end. Failure to pay means we cannot dispatch any further orders.

Boutique deals with whitening trays a little differently from most companies.

If you want to use our amazing whitening trays then at the time of ordering please ask for a ‘KIT AND TRAY PACKAGE.’ We will then send you your whitening kits with a TRAY VOUCHER. The tray voucher doubles as a LABORATORY DOCKET.

So when you take impressions, please place them in the lab bag provided. Then, simply fill in the voucher/docket and put this with the impressions in the pre-paid business envelope. Post in a red post-box and wait 2 weeks for your trays to return.

It takes 2 weeks from impressions to fit.

Our trays are made in our own laboratory in Sunderland

We can sell top-up kits with either 1, 2 or 3 syringes. We also sell a full kit which contains 4 syringes.

All our syringes are 3ml in volume.

We stock 6% hydrogen peroxide which is used for 90 minutes a day.

We stock 10% and 16% carbamide peroxide which is an overnight gel.

We also stock our Hybrid Pro gel, which contains 4.25% hydrogen peroxide and 4.25% carbamide peroxide, and is to be worn for 4 hours a day.

Our hybrid gel is a mix of 4.25% hydrogen peroxide and 4.25% carbamide peroxide. This is unique in the UK – no other company has this product. The hybrid gel works by giving an initial push of hydrogen peroxide, as the carbamide slowly ramps up in the background. This delivers a comfortable yet powerful whitening effect.

The B1 Guarantee Kit includes:

• 8 x syringes of 16% carbamide peroxide.
• Upper and lower whitening trays.
• Boutique Black Diamond Toothpaste
• Boutique Black Charcoal Floss
• Guarantee, so if B1 is not achieved we will send more syringes.

The B1 Guarantee requires you to follow the following protocol:

• Use the Boutique Whitening consent form
• Ensure it is signed
• Take time-stamped pictures prior to whitening, where shade tab and notation on tab are clearly visible
• Use the super-seal custom trays from Boutique
• Use the full 8 syringe B1 kit at 16% concentration
• Take time-stamped pictures after whitening has been completed, where shade tab and notation are clearly visible
