How do I set up an account with Boutique?<\/div>\n
\n

As Boutique can only be provided by a registered dentist, we must first verify your identity before you can place an order.\u00a0 We do this as part of your first order online or you can call 0113 873 0007 and one of the team will set up your account.\u00a0 Checks are usually completed on the same day.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n

    What are tray vouchers?<\/div>\n
    \n

    Boutique deals with whitening trays a little differently from most companies.<\/p>\n

    If you want to use our amazing whitening trays then at the time of ordering please ask for a \u2018KIT AND TRAY PACKAGE.\u2019\u00a0We will then send you your whitening kits with a TRAY VOUCHER.\u00a0The tray voucher doubles as a LABORATORY DOCKET.<\/p>\n

    So when you take impressions, please place them in the lab bag provided.\u00a0Then, simply fill in the voucher\/docket and put\u00a0this with the impressions in the pre-paid business envelope.\u00a0Post in a red post-box and wait 2 weeks for your trays to return.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n

    How many syringes are in a kit?<\/div>\n
    \n

    We can sell top-up kits with either 1, 2 or 3 syringes.\u00a0We also sell a full kit which contains 4 syringes.<\/p>\n

    All our syringes are 3ml in volume.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n

    What percentage gels do you stock?<\/div>\n
    \n

    We stock 6% hydrogen peroxide which is used for 90 minutes a day.<\/p>\n

    We stock 10% and 16% carbamide peroxide which is an overnight gel.<\/p>\n

    We also stock our Hybrid Pro gel, which contains 4.25% hydrogen peroxide and 4.25% carbamide peroxide, and is to be worn for 4 hours a day.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n

    What is a hybrid gel?<\/div>\n
    \n

    Our hybrid gel is a mix of\u00a04.25% hydrogen peroxide and 4.25% carbamide peroxide. This is unique in the UK \u2013 no other company has this product. The hybrid gel works by giving an initial push of hydrogen peroxide, as the carbamide slowly ramps up in the background. This delivers a comfortable yet powerful whitening effect.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n

      How does the B1 Guarantee work?<\/div>\n

      The B1 Guarantee requires you to follow the following protocol:<\/p>\n

      • Use the Boutique Whitening consent form<\/li>\n
      • Ensure it is signed<\/li>\n
      • Take time-stamped pictures prior to whitening, where shade tab and notation on tab are clearly visible<\/li>\n
      • Use the super-seal custom trays from Boutique<\/li>\n
      • Use the full 8 syringe B1 kit at 16% concentration<\/li>\n
      • Take time-stamped pictures after whitening has been completed, where shade tab and notation are clearly visible<\/li>\n
      • If B1 is not achieved, then email before and after pictures to: B1@boutiquewhitening.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n \n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
